Advyce is a German management consulting firm founded in 2014 by Marc Staudenmayer and Burkhard Wagner. It specialises in operations strategy and transformation, helping clients reshape their operations through data-driven, tech-heavy methods. The firm had more than 100 consultants at the time of its merger, working from three offices: its Munich headquarters, plus Düsseldorf and Mannheim, and serving clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The firm's work spans operations strategy, operations transformation, performance management, restructuring, procurement optimisation and supply chain optimisation. Its service lines cover strategy and transformation, performance management and restructuring, operations excellence, procurement and supply chain optimisation. For technologists, the defining feature of the work is the analytical and tooling layer applied to operational problems - data-driven performance management, procurement analytics and supply chain modelling - as opposed to purely advisory engagements.
Advyce works chiefly with clients in the automotive, industrial, energy and utilities, and financial services sectors. Consultants are based across the DACH region. Following the firm's merger, its founders Marc Staudenmayer and Burkhard Wagner continued as Partners at Argon & Co.
