The product retrieves information from insurance portals, calls payors to follow up on denials and outstanding claims around the clock, and summarises next steps - all without requiring configuration from users.
Amanda has automated over 75,000 calls and helped customers collect $120m in annual revenue. Healthcare providers using the system report a 3–5x increase in collector productivity, an 80% reduction in cost to collect, and a 4% increase in claim revenue. The product is HIPAA-compliant and SOC II-certified.
Founded in 2023, Amperos Health raised $4.2m in seed funding from investors including angels from OpenAI, Stripe, and Twilio.
