We're an AI-powered clinical platform founded by NHS doctors who saw firsthand what happens when cancer is missed - and what's possible when it's caught in time. Our mission is to make early detection the standard for everyone, not a privilege for some. We built C the Signs from within the NHS, integrating directly into primary care systems to help clinicians identify patients at risk across 100+ cancer types using more than 1,000 validated data points, all in under 60 seconds.

So far, we've helped identify over 70,000 patients with cancer at the earliest, most curable stage. Our platform is used across 1,500+ GP practices and trusted by 10,000+ healthcare professionals, achieving 99% sensitivity in real-world clinical settings. We're not just building software - we're carrying forward NHS values of equity, access, and care into a future where early cancer detection works for everyone, everywhere.
