Sr. Full Stack Developer

We seek a dynamic and experiencedSenior Full Stack Developerto join our talented team and contribute to building high-performing, scalable, and robust applications.

• Design & Development:Develop end-to-end solutions using ReactJS, Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Application Architecture:Architect scalable and maintainable front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance.
  
• Code Quality:Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  
• Cloud Management:Design and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and manage scalable compute resources with AWS EC2.
  
• Database Management:Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases to support application requirements.
  
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Debugging & Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
  
• Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  

Requirements

• Front-End Expertise:
  
• Proficient in ReactJS, including Hooks, Redux, and component lifecycle.
  
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  
• Back-End Expertise:
  
• Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.
  
• Experience building RESTful APIs and server-side application logic.
  
• Cloud Technologies:
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
  
• Proficiency in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud applications.
  
• Database Management:
  
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and schema design.
  
• DevOps & Tools:
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control systems (Git).
  
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a plus.
  
• Soft Skills:
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  
• Self-driven with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
  
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Pytest, or Selenium.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
