CodeKlar is an owner-managed IT services company based in Spaichingen, Baden-Württemberg, working with mid-sized companies across Germany on digital transformation projects. The firm positions itself close to the customer, with transparent processes and plain-language communication, and covers the full path from strategic consulting through introduction to ongoing operations.
Its technical work centres on the Microsoft stack. The company consults on, introduces and operates Microsoft 365 environments, and runs cloud migration projects on Microsoft Azure. Alongside this it develops AI solutions and Copilot integrations aimed at the German Mittelstand, designed to reduce routine workload for customer teams. IT security concepts and managed services for IT operations round out the offering, with an stated emphasis on making IT measurably better and more secure.
Engineers joining the company work across these domains in a structured delivery model: consulting, implementation and long-term operation of customer environments. The approach favours traceable, transparent processes and sustainable solutions over short-term fixes. The client base spans general industry, with a focus on SMEs and mid-sized enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
