Everwest is a Lithuanian, asset-based logistics company providing road freight, intermodal, warehousing, and specialised transport services across Europe, Asia, and China. The company operates its own fleet of trucks and more than 14,500 square metres of warehouse space, and has been connecting Europe and China for nearly two decades.
Its service portfolio covers standard road freight as well as more specialised operations: temperature-controlled transport for pharmaceuticals, 24/7-monitored secure transport for high-value cargo, and the handling of industrial and excised goods. Intermodal options are offered where they are more practical than pure road transport. Over 500 drivers are employed directly, with an average tenure of more than five years.
Everwest runs an internal Drivers Academy through which every driver completes 33 mandatory courses, covering areas such as eco-driving, cargo documentation, and industry-specific procedures. The structured training programme reflects a broader emphasis on standardised operations and workforce development as operational levers rather than purely commercial ones.
