About

We're on a mission to shine a light on the world of money for families and empower parents to raise financially-smart kids. Every child deserves the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy, and that's what drives us every single day. Through our debit card and app, kids learn to earn, save, spend wisely, and even invest - all with parental guidance every step of the way. Parents can automate allowance, assign chores, set flexible spend controls, and invest for their family's future together.

What started in 2014 has grown to serve over 6 million parents and kids, and we're just getting started. Beyond money management, we've built a safety hub that includes location sharing, SOS alerts, crash detection with 911 dispatch, and driving reports. We believe in building bright futures through strong values - be bold, make your mark, win together, and live the mission. When we're not building products, we're standing up for underserved families through volunteer work in our hometown of Atlanta and providing free educational resources for teachers across the country.

Corelight

Corelight transforms network data into definitive evidence, powering AI-driven detection and expert-authored workflows. Founded in 2013 by the creators of the Bro (now Zeek) open-source project, the company emerged from a realization that the best approach to cybersecurity starts with network evidence. The founders, including Dr. Vern Paxson who began this work more than 25 years ago at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, understood that attackers can evade endpoint detection and firewalls, but they cannot avoid leaving digital footprints on the networks they traverse. This insight became the foundation for Corelight's mission to make evidence the heart of security. Today, Corelight is the fastest-growing Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform in the industry, trusted by some of the most sensitive, mission-critical enterprises and government agencies worldwide. The company's Open NDR Platform is uniquely powered by open source innovations including Zeek, Suricata, and YARA, combined with proprietary advances. Corelighters are united by a strong shared culture and values, building an organization that sustains open-source development while delivering enterprise-grade security solutions that help defenders proactively hunt for threats, accelerate incident response, and gain complete network visibility.

SmartLight Analytics

In 2016, SmartLight Analytics emerged from a critical observation about the healthcare landscape: employers with self-funded health plans were losing millions to fraud, waste, and abuse hidden within their claims data. Co-founded by Asha George and Dr. Franklin Baumann, the company was born from a desire to help employers take meaningful action against rising healthcare costs. George brought 23 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, while Baumann contributed extensive medical and industry expertise as a former medical director for United Healthcare and CMO of Emdeon. Together, they assembled a team of professionals from healthcare, data science, fraud investigation, and insurance industries to craft innovative solutions for decreasing employer healthcare spending. SmartLight Analytics provides independent, ongoing monitoring of employee healthcare claims data to find and remove wasteful spend from health plans. By combining the power of AI with clinical expertise, SmartLight identifies situations like low-income participants being taken advantage of by bad actor providers, substance abuse patients falling victim to opportunistic rehab networks, and improper over-treatments throughout the system. The company reviews 100% of medical claims through proprietary inferential analytics customized to each employer's population, followed by expert clinical review. This approach has proven so effective that SmartLight ranked No. 148 on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list and No. 16 among software companies, all while working behind the scenes to save money without requiring employee behavior changes or interrupting benefits.

Lightyear

In 2019, our founders recognized a fundamental problem in the enterprise telecom industry: it was an antiquated, static space where vendors consistently received negative reviews and were averse to change. Yet telecom remained a highly consequential, multi-trillion dollar industry that powered how we interact digitally. This stark disconnect between telecom's critical importance and its outdated, customer-unfriendly operations created an opportunity for transformation. The founders realized that by building software to automate the entire telecom lifecycle - from procurement and inventory management to expense management - enterprises could save significant time and money while finally getting the transparency and efficiency they deserved. What started as a mission to fix B2B telecom has evolved into Lightyear, the Telecom Operating System that serves hundreds of enterprises including Honeywell, Alo Yoga, Palo Alto Networks, and Louis Vuitton. Operating as a remote-first, distributed team, Lightyear has cultivated a high-trust, autonomous work environment that attracts passionate problem solvers from around the world. The company has raised nearly $50M from prestigious investors and continues to drive real, positive, durable change in an industry that desperately needed it. By combining proprietary network and pricing intelligence with AI-native automation, Lightyear empowers enterprises to reduce telecom costs by 20%+ while cutting time spent on telecom management by 70% or more.
