Holded is a cloud-based ERP and business management platform founded in 2016 in Barcelona and now owned by Visma, a European software group. The company serves over 80,000 small and medium-sized businesses with an integrated suite of tools covering invoicing, accounting, inventory management, project management, CRM, HR functions, treasury management, and point-of-sale operations.
The platform consolidates these functions into a single interface, offering real-time financial reporting, automated invoicing, bank account integration, and inventory tracking. By centralising administrative tasks that would otherwise require multiple systems or manual work, Holded aims to reduce time spent on paperwork and accounting so business owners can focus on growth.
The company has raised €23 million in funding and continues to develop its cloud-based solution following its 2021 acquisition by Visma, which has provided access to greater resources and expanded market reach across Europe.
