Humata Health, Inc

About

As a "recovering radiologist" from Mayo Clinic and Harvard, Dr. Jeremy Friese experienced the struggles of prior authorization firsthand. After learning that payers also despised the cumbersome, costly process, he set out on a mission to bring providers and payers together to automate the problem so patients can get the care they deserve while reducing the costs and waste that plague our healthcare system. Six years ago, the team began building an artificial intelligence solution to solve prior authorization for all medical specialties.

After a couple acquisitions and tens of millions of dollars invested in the technology, Dr. Friese returned with Humata Health and an amazing team. While they have helped millions of patients, the time is now to deliver truly "frictionless prior authorization" at scale so every patient gets the care they deserve and the process becomes touchless. As a physician-led company, Humata is solely focused on solving the complexities of prior authorization by seamlessly connecting payers and providers, leveraging deep clinical expertise and advanced AI to streamline approvals, reduce administrative burden, and ensure patients receive timely care.

Ibotta, Inc.

We're a performance marketing platform that started in 2012 with a simple idea: make every purchase rewarding. Our technology connects brands with over 200 million consumers through the Ibotta Performance Network, a pay-per-sale model that means marketers only pay when their campaigns directly result in sales. We've put over $1.8 billion back in American shoppers' pockets by helping them earn cash back on everyday purchases. Our team in Denver built this from the ground up, and we've grown into a public company (NYSE: IBTA) that works with major retailers and brands nationwide. We reach 91% of U.S. households through our app, website, and browser extension, plus our network of publisher partners. The average shopper using Ibotta earns more than $250 per year in cash back - real money that adds up quickly on groceries, online shopping, and more.

NODA AI

We're a veteran-owned team building orchestration software for defense autonomous systems. Instead of focusing on individual platforms like drones or vehicles, we're developing the software that makes heterogeneous unmanned systems work together across air, sea, land, and space. Our approach centers on algorithm superiority - creating tested tactics, techniques, and procedures that can be deployed rapidly to complex mission environments. We believe the future of defense isn't just better hardware, but smarter coordination between existing assets. Built by patriots, veterans, scientists, and AI practitioners, our team brings deep experience from NASA, DARPA, MIT, Georgia Tech, and the USAF. We've developed products like Urza (our universal orchestration engine) and LARIA (our tactics development environment) to help government and industry partners design, test, and deploy autonomous behaviors. We're not interested in the traditional defense industry approach of closed, monolithic systems - we're building open, collaborative tools that work across different vendors and platforms.
