Infravisuals GmbH is an Austrian software company building a centralized IT management platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Its flagship product, the Infravisuals Dashboard, gives MSPs a single interface to monitor, update and analyse their own and their customers' devices, including network devices such as Securepoint Firewalls. The platform is offered both as a self-hosted, on-premise deployment at €2 per device per month and as a cloud service at €2.50 per device per month, with additional service hours billed at €134 per hour.
The engineering work spans device monitoring and management, network device integration, data encryption and security, and support for both cloud and on-premise environments. A recurring theme is the consolidation of fragmented tooling into a single pane of glass - a problem the founders, themselves IT professionals, set out to address.
Modules for Synology NAS systems, 3CX phone systems and Proxmox servers are currently under development, extending the platform's coverage of common MSP-managed infrastructure. Data protection is treated as a core design constraint, with GDPR/DSGVO compliance built in as a principle rather than an afterthought.
