Innovaccer

About

In 2014, our founders Abhinav Shashank, Kanav Hasija, and Sandeep Gupta recognized a fundamental problem plaguing healthcare: data was trapped in silos, preventing providers, payers, and patients from accessing the insights needed for better decisions. They saw electronic health records, claims systems, and countless other sources creating islands of information rather than a unified view of patient health. So they built Innovaccer - a healthcare intelligence platform designed to activate the flow of data across the entire healthcare ecosystem.

What began as a mission to unify fragmented healthcare data has evolved into the AI infrastructure for autonomous healthcare operations. Today, Innovaccer's Healthcare Intelligence Cloud processes over 54 million patient records, serving customers across providers, payers, public sector, and life sciences. With 3x more accuracy than off-the-shelf AI, the platform integrates, harmonizes, and activates data to drive value-based care performance, reduce provider burden, and deliver intelligent patient experiences. Recognized as Best in KLAS for three consecutive years, Innovaccer continues to transform healthcare from reactive to autonomous - making data not just accessible, but actionable for everyone, everywhere.
