LMP Group is a UK-based collective of three education-centred companies that deliver apprenticeships, funded training and workforce development programmes. The group works with learners as well as employers, schools, multi-academy trusts and businesses, supporting them to recruit, upskill and develop staff. Its operations span six sector areas: education, early years, teaching, finance, business and professional services.
The group comprises LMP Education, which delivers apprenticeships and funded training to learners and employers; Inspire ATA, which supports apprenticeship employers with recruitment and training services; and LMP Action, a community interest company working to influence positive social change. Apprenticeship programmes can be delivered online or remotely alongside employment, allowing learners to combine work and study.
Founded in 2004 as a residential summer basketball camp, LMP Group has since broadened into education and workforce development across the United Kingdom, with a national focus and regional experience. The SEG Group joined the organisation in 2023. The group states an emphasis on expanding access to training, improving career pathways and supporting sustainable development in communities across the UK.
