Mendo is a GenAI adoption and analytics platform for large enterprises, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Paris. The company's software integrates directly into the generative AI tools organisations already use - Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude - so that adoption can be accelerated without introducing new tools or altering existing workflows.
The platform covers three areas: integration into existing GenAI tools, usage analytics that show how generative AI is actually used across teams in order to measure adoption and ROI, and use case guidance and certification programmes that steer usage towards proven applications and support the scaling of agent adoption. Technical work spans generative AI, GenAI usage analytics, AI agents and agentic workflows, and EdTech.
Mendo counts PwC Global, EY, BDO, Novo Nordisk and Crédit Agricole among its enterprise customers and partners, operating across professional services, financial services, pharmaceuticals and EdTech. The company raised €12M in a Series A round led by Ventech with Educapital, and is expanding across European markets while preparing for growth in the US.
Teams work under a hybrid model combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The company describes itself as being in an acceleration phase following its Series A funding, with international expansion as a central focus.
