Mobility Invest Group is a Dutch mobility company headquartered in Amersfoort. It brings together four specialised mobility labels and a shared technology platform intended to help travellers choose shared, public, electric and lower-impact forms of travel. The group works with employers, government bodies and social organisations, and its own labels serve hundreds of thousands of travellers across the Netherlands and wider Europe.
Its labels cover distinct market segments: Reisbalans for business mobility, Dumoco for public-space mobility, WijMobiel for social mobility and Ottimo for European mobility. Underlying them is Mobiliteitsfabriek, a modular technology platform that connects travellers - through cards and apps - with mobility providers and customer systems. It handles access management, transaction processing and mobility data for reporting and insight, and integrates with HR, payroll and municipal processes.
For engineers, the technical work spans mobility platform development, cloud operations, system integration, data and analytics, and information security and compliance. The group maintains its own in-house development team and its own customer-service team. Cloud operations are kept within the European Union, with an explicit focus on data sovereignty.
Security and quality assurance are handled through external scrutiny: the platform and its processes have been independently audited against ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 9001:2015, SOC 2 and other standards.
