Momentum, Inc. is a women-owned information technology and management consulting firm founded in 1998 and headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, serving clients across the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm works with public and private sector clients on management and technology consulting engagements covering software development, process improvement, project and product delivery, and implementation services.
The company was started by Lori Daniels, Karen Sarabok, and Steve Clay after they worked together at a larger software development firm, with the premise that a smaller consultancy could deliver strong technical work while maintaining closer relationships with clients. Ownership transferred in 2020 to Jennifer Oswald, Ashley Hock, and Tom Flowers. Momentum describes its engagement model as combining the technical depth of a larger firm with a more connected, hands-on approach.
Momentum has grown from three employees to more than 75 consultants and team members and has been in operation for over 25 years. The firm holds CMMI SVC ML 3 certification and ISO 9001:2015 certification, and has been recognised as a Best Place to Work in PA multiple times.
