Nearsure was a technology services provider founded in 2018 that specialized in nearshore IT staff augmentation and distributed software development solutions. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with operations across 18 Latin American countries, the company helped US companies build technical teams by providing access to skilled developers and engineers throughout the region.
Nearsure built expertise in enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe, and ServiceNow, delivering solutions in CRM implementation, data and AI, low-code development, custom software delivery, and high-caliber staffing services. The company cultivated an All-In culture emphasizing autonomy, diversity, and remote-first work with coworking spaces across LATAM. In July 2025, Nearsure was acquired by Nortal, a global digital transformation company, and subsequently rebranded under the Nortal name.
