About

We founded Nelly because we believe society deserves a more efficient, transparent, and accessible healthcare system. Our platform automates the entire operational and financial workflow in medical practices - from patient check-in and documentation to billing, payments, and patient financing. What started in 2021 with a vision to reduce paperwork has grown into a trusted solution for over 1,000 practices across Germany, serving specialties from dentistry to neurology.

Our team of 170+ people in Berlin builds technology that actually works for doctors and their staff. We've raised €50M in Series B funding to fuel our mission, but what really drives us is seeing practices save hours of admin time every week while getting paid faster. Whether it's AI-powered documentation that listens instead of requiring typing, or digital factoring that puts money in practices' accounts the same day - we're building the tools that let healthcare professionals focus on what matters: their patients.
