We're a team that started at Stanford's Social Algorithms Lab in 2012, when our co-founders Farnaz Ronaghi and Amin Saberi looked at early online learning platforms and felt something was missing. They noticed most MOOCs were just scaling the lecture hall - videos and quizzes without the human connections that make learning stick. So we built something different: a platform where people work in teams, give each other feedback, and actually apply what they're learning.
Today, we work with global enterprises, training providers, and executive education programs who need more than just content delivery. Our platform combines cohort-based learning, mentoring, and hands-on practice to help organizations build capabilities that matter. Since joining Devonshire Investors in 2018, we've been able to scale our vision while staying true to what brought us here - the belief that people learn better together. We're not building another LMS or course catalog; we're creating spaces where meaningful development happens at scale.
