Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC) is the economic development and income diversification arm of the Forest County Potawatomi Community. Founded in 2002, it pursues strategic investments, acquisitions, and asset management to generate long-term wealth for the tribe. Its operations span federal government contracting, construction, and broader investment activities.
Based in southeastern Wisconsin, with offices in Milwaukee and Forest County, PBDC has been awarded over 600 contracts for U.S. government work over more than two decades of operations. The organisation focuses on building a sustainable economic engine intended to support the Tribe across generations, guided by values of trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
PBDC's work in federal contracting and construction technology areas offers opportunities for professionals interested in government-focused projects with a long-term development mission.
