Proxsys is a Dutch IT company founded in 2001 that combines Managed Service Provider and Internet Service Provider activities under one roof. From offices in Gorinchem and Rotterdam, it delivers managed IT services and connectivity to organisations in the Netherlands, with a customer base spanning healthcare, semi-government bodies, the SME+ segment and provincial and regional sectors. The company reports more than 250 customers, over 11,000 managed workplaces and more than 3,000 connections.
Its work divides into two lines. The managed services side covers the modern workplace: Microsoft 365 adoption, cybersecurity, application servers and workplace management, delivered against a defined roadmap. The connectivity side provides fast, stable and secure network connections for organisations. Technical domains on which engineers work include managed IT services, internet and connectivity, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, application servers, workplace management and networking.
Proxsys works with partners including Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, HP and KPN. The company describes its approach as people-oriented and operates under the motto “Tech with human drive”. In March 2026 it joined Odin Groep and Previder, a move framed as part of a strategic growth ambition.
