Spendit builds a digital platform for tax-free employee benefits, replacing paper-based meal vouchers, gift cards and mobility subsidies with a centralised system. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Munich, the company serves employers and employees across German-speaking markets, with more than 11,000 customers and some 240,000 users on its platform.
The product suite spans two main surfaces. spendit | Portal gives HR teams a single place to administer benefits, with integrations into existing HR software and automated processes behind them. The myBenefits app is the employee-facing mobile client, used to access benefits, track balances and submit receipts. Together they cover payments, expense and balance tracking, and digital receipt management end to end.
