Its technical work spans several domains: AI-driven recruitment automation; candidate sourcing and contact-data aggregation; multichannel outreach automation across email, professional social media, phone and WhatsApp; a unified conversational inbox; AI-generated role-specific assessments with proctoring; and performance analytics. The product suite comprises TapTalent.ai Sourcing, which offers access to more than 800 million professional contacts through more than 20 filters; Automated Outreach Campaigns; a Unified Smart Inbox consolidating candidate and client conversations; and AI Assessments.
The platform is used by more than 100 companies, HR managers and recruiters. Customer-reported outcomes cited by the firm include up to ten times greater outreach and two times faster hiring. The company positions its software around reducing manual work and hiring costs for hiring teams.
