Threecolts is a global commerce technology company that builds software for ecommerce sellers, brands and vendors. Founded in 2021 by Yoda Yee, a former Amazon API partner lead, the firm develops what it describes as the world's first unified Commerce OS: a single platform covering revenue recovery, margin optimisation and day-to-day operations across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and eBay. The engineering work spans ecommerce operations software, marketplace integrations and artificial intelligence embedded throughout both the product and the company's own internal processes.
The company has grown to more than 500 employees distributed across 33 countries, and serves over 30,000 customers ranging from individual sellers to fast-growing brands, global agencies and Fortune 500 enterprises. Its expansion has combined organic product development with acquisitions - 24 to date - which have folded additional tools and teams into the platform.
Internationally distributed teams operate within a flat organisational structure, with an emphasis on individual ownership and rapid execution. That structure is intended to support a customer base that varies widely in scale and to let technical teams move quickly as the platform absorbs new products and marketplace integrations.
