TRIBES Search is a boutique recruitment agency founded in 2017 that handles executive and specialist hiring for client organisations in Lithuania and international markets. Its work is divided among three practices: executive search for CEOs and C-level leaders, which accounts for 45% of placements; board and consulting appointments, at 30%; and specialist searches for niche professional roles, at 25%. The firm has completed more than 35 client engagements.
The agency operates across ten countries, among them Lithuania, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Poland, France, Vietnam, Sweden, Germany and Denmark. Client sectors include transport, manufacturing, finance, energy, fintech, real estate, retail and sustainability consulting. Candidate pools combine Lithuanian expatriates and local professionals.
TRIBES Search grew out of Global Lithuanian Leaders, a network built around Lithuanian expatriates. The firm describes its approach as deliberately hands-on and consultative: it seeks to understand a client's culture, organisational challenges and ambitions before shaping a search, and maintains close contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
