UBDS Group is a UK-based technology services incubator that delivers digital transformation solutions to public and private sector organisations. Operating through multiple specialist brands - including UBDS Digital and Rayo - the group brings together capabilities across cloud services, cybersecurity, data, and AI under one structure. It employs approximately 195 professionals and generates around £21m in revenue.
The group's technical work spans four main areas: digital consulting, cloud platforms, managed services, and security operations. Its cybersecurity practice places particular emphasis on cyber-resilience, while its cloud and data capabilities are supported by strategic partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler.
UBDS Group operates as a channel partner and positions itself as one of the faster-growing in that segment in the UK. Its incubator model is designed to support specialist technology businesses and entrepreneurs, giving the group a degree of structural flexibility that more traditional IT services firms typically lack.
