We're a team of more than 200 people working across Karlsruhe, Munich, Nuremberg, Pfäffikon and Timișoara, focused on one clear mission: modernizing Germany's public sector through digital solutions. Since starting out in 1996 as web solution GbR and becoming virtual7 GmbH in 2000, we've grown from a small team to a significant player in IT consulting and software development for government agencies and public organizations. What drives us isn't just writing code - it's knowing that our work actually makes a difference in people's lives, whether it's streamlining social security processes, modernizing healthcare systems, or making government services more accessible to citizens.
