About

We're a team dedicated to helping startups build their dream engineering teams without the headaches and costs of traditional hiring. Originally founded as PrideLogic in 2021, we've evolved into Wizdaa with a clear mission: connect innovative startups with elite remote developers from Latin America who operate seamlessly within U.S. time zones. As a certified minority-owned company, we understand that extending runway and finding top talent are the biggest challenges startups face, so we created a rigorous six-stage screening process that identifies the top 1% of engineers who bring both technical excellence and cultural fit to the table.

What we actually do day-to-day is handle the messy parts of team building so founders can focus on shipping product. We vet candidates through technical assessments, English fluency checks, and cultural fit evaluations. Once we find the right match, we take care of onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and taxes - all for a competitive average of $30/hour. Our clients tell us they save 30% or more compared to traditional hiring while getting developers who treat the product like their own. Whether you need a single engineer or want to scale an entire team, we've built the infrastructure to make it happen smoothly and efficiently.

Degica

In 2005, Jack Momose founded Degica with a vision to bridge the gap between global businesses and Japan's complex digital commerce landscape. What started as a video game publishing company helping international software vendors succeed in the Japanese market has evolved into a pioneering fintech company that powers cross-border payments across Asia and beyond. The company recognized early on that navigating Japan's unique payment ecosystem - from konbini convenience store payments to mobile wallets like PayPay and PayPay - was a significant barrier for international merchants. This insight led to the creation of KOMOJU, their flagship all-in-one payment solution that enables businesses to accept local payment methods through a single, unified API. Today, Degica stands as Japan's first global payments company, trusted by some of the world's largest platforms including Steam, TikTok, Shopify, and Wix. The company has grown from a small team to over 80 employees, with approximately half being non-Japanese talent, reflecting its truly international DNA. Headquartered in Tokyo with a Canadian founder at the helm, Degica has built a bilingual engineering culture that uses English as its common language. The company continues to expand beyond Japan into South Korea, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America, helping thousands of merchants unlock new revenue streams while ensuring compliance with local regulations and consumer preferences. With a commitment to excellence underscored by PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certifications, Degica has become an essential partner for organizations looking to succeed in the complex world of Asian digital commerce.

Algolia

We're a team of nearly a thousand people spread across Paris, San Francisco, Sydney, London, and beyond, united by a single vision - to make every search interaction meaningful and rewarding. Since starting in 2012, we've grown from a small startup to powering over 30 billion search requests every week, helping companies like Under Armour, Stripe, Gymshark, and Walgreens deliver experiences that feel almost magical. But what really drives us isn't the scale - it's seeing developers build something that makes their users' lives a little easier. Our platform is API-first by design because we know how frustrating it can be to wrestle with clunky integrations and outdated systems. We've built tools for AI search, recommendations, personalization, and analytics that developers actually enjoy using - fast, reliable, and flexible enough to handle whatever you're building. Whether it's an ecommerce site, a SaaS platform, or something entirely new, we're here to help you create search experiences that keep people coming back. We're not just building software; we're building the infrastructure for understanding intent at internet scale.

Ibotta, Inc.

We're a performance marketing platform that started in 2012 with a simple idea: make every purchase rewarding. Our technology connects brands with over 200 million consumers through the Ibotta Performance Network, a pay-per-sale model that means marketers only pay when their campaigns directly result in sales. We've put over $1.8 billion back in American shoppers' pockets by helping them earn cash back on everyday purchases. Our team in Denver built this from the ground up, and we've grown into a public company (NYSE: IBTA) that works with major retailers and brands nationwide. We reach 91% of U.S. households through our app, website, and browser extension, plus our network of publisher partners. The average shopper using Ibotta earns more than $250 per year in cash back - real money that adds up quickly on groceries, online shopping, and more.
