Wondercom is a Portuguese company working in Field Service, Outsourcing and Enterprise Solutions. Founded in 1999, it designs, implements and supports ICT solutions across the Telecommunications, Energy and IT sectors, and operates throughout mainland Portugal and the islands. The group comprises several companies formed through integrations, including Wondertrade and Knowledgeworks.
Its work spans three main lines. Field Service covers site surveys, staging, commissioning, training and monitoring, delivered by a network of monitored and assessed professionals; the company handles more than 300,000 intervention requests a year. Outsourcing Services provide monitoring, consulting and operating models run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Enterprise Solutions involve the design, implementation and support of ICT solutions for major partners such as Vodafone and EDP Comercial.
