Workday, Inc.

About

We're building software that helps organizations manage their most important resources - their people and their finances - in a way that actually makes sense. Our founders started Workday back in 2005 with a pretty simple idea: put people at the center of enterprise software. We've grown into a team of over 20,000 people who wake up every day thinking about how to make work better for millions of employees worldwide. Most of us have been in your shoes, working in HR, finance, or IT, so we understand the headaches that come with legacy systems and disconnected data.

What we actually do is build cloud-based applications that help companies handle everything from hiring and payroll to financial planning and analytics. We've gone all-in on cloud from day one because we believe it's the only way to give organizations the flexibility they need to adapt quickly. Our system brings together HR, finance, and planning into one place, which means everyone's working from the same set of facts. No more reconciling spreadsheets or wondering which data source is right. We're constantly adding new capabilities powered by AI, but always with a focus on augmenting human judgment rather than replacing it.

Jobbex IT

In 2015, Sjoerd van den Luitgaarden recognized a critical gap in the Dutch labor market: companies were struggling to find skilled IT and Engineering professionals while talented professionals across Europe sought meaningful opportunities. This insight sparked the creation of Jobbex, founded with a clear mission to connect exceptional talent with organizations that truly need them. What started as a small team in Uden, Netherlands, has evolved into a international bridge between technical expertise and business opportunity. The journey transformed dramatically in 2019 when Jobbex expanded to Lisbon, Portugal, recognizing that the best talent knows no borders. This strategic move allowed them to build a truly European network of IT specialists, engineers, and technical professionals. Today, Jobbex empowers both people and organizations by facilitating remote and on-site placements that are life-changing for professionals and transformative for businesses. Their approach combines local Dutch market expertise with international reach, offering flexibility through both nearshore remote teams and traditional on-site secondment across technology, retail, finance, telecom, and consulting sectors.

Morningstar, Inc.

In 1984, Joe Mansueto founded Morningstar in his Chicago apartment with a clear goal: to help investors make better decisions with independent, objective research. He noticed that the investment industry was filled with hidden agendas, confusing data, and conflicts of interest that made it difficult for everyday investors to know what they actually owned. So he created a company built on transparency and independence - one that would provide clear, unbiased analysis so investors could compare, assess, and decide with confidence. Today, Morningstar empowers investors of every kind - from individuals managing their own portfolios to the world's largest financial institutions. With operations in 40-plus offices globally, the company provides connected data, independent research, investor-first tools, and long-term portfolio strategies. Morningstar challenges what's hidden, complex, and inefficient so nothing stands between investors and their goals, serving 4.2 million individual investors, 425,000 financial advisors, and thousands of institutions worldwide.
