XEFI is a French IT services and consulting group founded in 1997 and headquartered in Rillieux-la-Pape. It provides IT maintenance, hardware provision, cybersecurity, cloud services and software solutions to small businesses and SMEs (TPE/PME). The group employs around 1,200 people, reports annual revenue of roughly €413m, and operates more than 185 local agencies across France and Europe, with activity in Spain, Switzerland, Belgium and Monaco.
Technical work spans IT maintenance and support, managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud services, software solutions and hardware provision. XEFI also runs its own data center, in operation since 2013, which underpins its sovereign cloud and colocation offering alongside carrier-neutral connectivity. Client support is delivered through local agencies staffed by expert teams, reflecting a proximity-based model of personalised service.
The group invests in internal skills development through the XEFI Academy, its training and talent development programme. XEFI was founded by Sacha Rosenthal.
