About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape & Construction Redlands Specialist to join our team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors and has practical experience in landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, masonry, excavation, or general construction.
You'll work on a variety of projects—from individual landscape improvements to complete outdoor transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare job sites, including excavation, grading, demolition, and cleanup.
Install plants, soil, mulch, decorative rock, sod, and other landscape materials.
Construct patios, paver areas, walkways, pathways, and other hardscape features.
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
Build retaining walls and landscape structures.
Assist with drainage and irrigation installations.
Install or assist with landscape-lighting systems.
Work on outdoor living features such as fire pits, pergolas, seating areas, and outdoor kitchens.
Read basic project plans, take accurate measurements, and follow specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and appropriate landscape/construction equipment.
Load, unload, organize, and properly handle construction materials.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Communicate effectively with crew leaders, project managers, coworkers, and customers.
Identify job-site challenges and help develop practical solutions.
Complete work according to company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate has professional experience in landscaping, landscape construction, hardscaping, concrete, masonry, excavation, or a related trade.
Candidates should understand basic grading and site preparation, measurements, material installation, construction techniques, and job-site safety. Experience installing pavers, patios, retaining walls, concrete, drainage, irrigation, and landscaping is highly desirable.
You should be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work and comfortable working in changing weather conditions.
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and similar equipment is a strong advantage. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Projects You'll Work On
Our team works on residential and commercial outdoor projects that can include complete landscape renovations, patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, concrete installations, landscape lighting, planting, grading, and custom outdoor living areas.
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of landscape construction rather than being limited to one type of project.

Employment & Growth
This is a full-time, field-based position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, although hours may vary depending on project schedules, weather, and seasonal workload. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
Pay will be determined according to the candidate's experience, capabilities, certifications, equipment-operating skills, and level of responsibility.
