C12 Quantum Electronics is a Paris-based quantum computing company spun out of the Physics Laboratory of the École Normale Supérieure. The company develops quantum processors using carbon nanotubes as the fundamental building blocks, an approach aimed at achieving scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing. Its technical work spans quantum processor fabrication and semiconductor chip fabrication.
The team comprises more than 80 scientists and engineers representing 26 nationalities. The company has raised over €25 million in funding. C12 Quantum Electronics targets applications across chemicals, aerospace, defence, energy and finance.
