Ease Health builds an AI-native CRM, EHR and RCM platform for behavioral health providers. Rather than layering artificial intelligence onto existing tools, the company rebuilt the electronic health record from the ground up, unifying intake, clinical documentation, referral management, billing and claims into a single connected system in which data flows from first call to final payment. Technical work spans machine learning, healthcare IT systems, claims processing and revenue cycle automation, healthcare data interoperability and behavioural health clinical documentation.
The platform's scale is measurable: it has processed more than $2.5 billion in claims and submitted over 11 million payor claims. Reported outcomes include 60-70% faster clinical documentation for providers, intake and admissions labour costs cut in half, and 30-40% more sessions opened on clinicians' calendars through CRM and referral tracking kept inside the clinical record. Billing replaces spreadsheet-based denial chasing with integrated claims management.
The company emerged from stealth in early 2026 with $41 million in Series A funding from investors including Andreessen Horowitz. Its stated mission is to give clinicians and operators their time back so they can focus on care rather than paperwork.
