Formed in July 2021 through the merger of IT Solutions Austria and Erste Group IT International, it operates as one of the largest IT services companies in Austria and the CEE region. Headquartered in Vienna, the company also has offices in Bratislava, Innsbruck, and Prague, and delivers technology solutions to all Erste Group entities across Central and Eastern Europe.

Among its flagship products is George, a digital banking platform used by more than 6.5 million people. Erste Digital builds and maintains George alongside the broader suite of IT solutions and services that run across Erste Group's entities in Central and Eastern Europe.
