InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company founded in 2023 by Amit Shah and Sumantro Das. Its work centres on building and deploying AI systems for enterprise, led by its flagship product, Lily, described as the world's first AI Forward Deployed Engineer. Lily learns how a business works, builds the software it needs, and is deployed within days. Unlike conventional software delivery, the system is designed to remain in place after shipping, maintaining and updating the software as the business changes.
The company's technical work spans artificial intelligence, AI agents and automated software engineering, alongside AI infrastructure and edge computing. Its second product, Small Data Center, is built with NVIDIA technology and enables Lily to run in the cloud, on-premise or at the edge. InstaLILY works closely with the Google DeepMind and NVIDIA ecosystems.
InstaLILY has raised nearly $100 million in funding and reports that revenue grew fivefold over the past year. Its customers include SRS Distribution, United Rentals and Henry Schein, spanning construction, industrial distribution, logistics and healthcare. For one customer, Lily drove over $200M in new annual sales.
The company is headquartered in New York, with offices in San Francisco, London and Toronto.
