OWOW builds, integrates and owns AI-powered systems that run real operations for manufacturers, OEMs and scale-ups. Its systems are designed to live inside clients' existing ERP environments, notably SAP and Navision, rather than alongside them. The work spans AI-powered operational systems, business process automation, control tower dashboards and native mobile apps, all embedded within the client's ERP ecosystem.
Deployments follow a "land and expand" approach, starting with one high-impact process before extending further. Reported outcomes from this work include cost reductions of 75% and installation times 54% faster. The engineering scope covers AI-powered systems, business process automation, ERP integration, SAP and Navision, dashboard and control tower development, and native mobile app development.
The firm has been in operation for over 12 years and employs a team of more than 45 people, working across two offices in Eindhoven and Antwerp. That team includes strategists, designers, developers and product specialists working in close collaboration.
Internally, OWOW describes a culture built on ownership, autonomy and trust, with little micromanagement and freedom in how people approach problems. Team members are expected to take responsibility and make decisions independently.
