We're a mental health and social support charity formed in 2024 from the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Together, we've created one of the largest support charities in England, helping around 125,000 people each year through nearly 200 services. Our 3,500 staff and volunteers work across communities to support people facing challenges with mental health, substance use, housing, or domestic abuse.
We believe recovery looks different for everyone, and we won't judge or write anyone off. When someone comes to us for support, we start with what they want and what they're capable of - not their problems and what they lack. We're working to break down the barriers between substance use, mental health and other services at scale, making it easier for people to get the help they need in a way that works for them.
