Founded in May 2021 by Walter Ballheimer and Alexander Genzel, Reflex Aerospace has rapidly scaled from a Munich startup to a 100+ employee organization with facilities in Berlin and Munich, achieving flight heritage with their first satellite SIGI in January 2025.
