Shopalyst builds technology for what it calls discovery commerce: software intended to let digital consumers move from a moment of inspiration to a purchase without friction, wherever that moment occurs. Its core product is a software-as-a-service platform that combines data infrastructure and AI with deep integrations into digital media and e-commerce systems. The company reports that the platform serves more than 500 global brands across over 30 countries, spanning consumer packaged goods, retail and e-commerce, sporting goods and apparel, and grocery.
A second product, Symphony, is an agentic AI platform offering a set of no-code tools: Audience Builder, Creative Builder, Experience Builder, Campaign Manager and Insights Explorer. Together these cover audience construction, creative production, shopping experiences, campaign management and analytics.
For engineers, the technical work spans AI and agentic systems, data infrastructure, SaaS platform engineering, personalisation, and integrations across media and commerce platforms. The company holds four patents and has been recognised by MIT Technology Review, Businessweek and Fast Company. Shopalyst is venture capital-backed, with Kalaari Capital among its investors.
