About

We're a team of innovators, achievers, and creators who set out in 2018 to revolutionize the ticketing industry from a small German town. What started as frustration with clunky, outdated ticketing systems evolved into a mission to build something that actually works for organizers - not against them. We interviewed over 1,400 event organizers to understand their real pain points, then built a platform that gives them full control over their ticketing, their data, and their brand experience.

Today, we've grown from three founders to a global team of 160+ professionals across six offices worldwide, powering 800+ premier event brands including the Grammy Awards, Stanford University, and FC Schalke 04. We've raised $65 million to fuel our vision, but we're still driven by the same core belief: ticketing should empower organizers, not create more work. Our API-first platform handles over 1 billion requests per month, and we're just getting started on our mission to transform live entertainment ticketing for good.
