We're a nonprofit organization that's been serving children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health challenges since 1952. What started as a single classroom in Erie, Pennsylvania has grown into a statewide organization serving more than 6,200 individuals annually. Our team of over 3,000 employees provides education, job training, residential services, and behavioral health support across multiple Pennsylvania locations including Erie, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and surrounding communities.
We believe that all individuals deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential and live meaningful, independent lives. Our services span from early intervention and autism support for children to employment services, day programs, and residential support for adults. We work closely with families to provide comprehensive care that adapts to each person's unique needs and abilities. For over 70 years, we've stood by the promise that families are never alone in their journey.
