About

In 2004, co-founders Andrew Stephens and Ben Hayes quit their roles at Manning Gottlieb OMD to establish Goodstuff, fuelled by Virgin's founding client's creative spirit and willingness to break the rules. Their vision was to create a media agency that would cut through industry complexity with inventive thinking, delivering unfair competitive advantage for brands. Over two decades, this entrepreneurial spirit has propelled Goodstuff from a planning agency to the UK's leading independent media planning and buying agency, now part of the Stagwell global network.

Today, Goodstuff's mission is to be "The World's Most Inventive Agency" - a philosophy they call "Only the good stuff." Their team of 130 media specialists delivers evidence-led, inventive media solutions across every consumer touchpoint, helping iconic brands like OVO Energy, Yorkshire Tea, Ella's Kitchen, and Dunelm achieve remarkable results. The agency has earned recognition as Campaign's Media Agency of the Year and consistently ranks among the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for. Under new CEO Genevieve Tompkins, appointed in 2024 as the agency's first chief executive, Goodstuff continues to champion its founding values of doing the right thing, keeping it simple, and being good - both for clients and their people.

The company has grown into the leading instant commerce platform, revolutionizing how consumers access everyday essentials. Unlike traditional delivery services that pick up from third-party stores, Gopuff owns its entire supply chain - stocking thousands of products in its own micro-fulfillment centers across the United States and Europe. This vertical integration allows Gopuff to deliver everything from groceries and snacks to alcohol and home essentials in as fast as 15 minutes, while offering "Cheapest on the Planet" prices by cutting out middlemen. Today, Gopuff operates with 5,000+ employees and has become a lifeline for millions of customers who need products delivered day and night, rain or shine. The company continues to innovate at the intersection of logistics, technology, and retail, having raised significant funding to support its rapid expansion and mission of instant delivery. Beyond convenience, Gopuff has demonstrated commitment to accessibility by accepting SNAP EBT and donating millions in free groceries to families in need. With operations spanning hundreds of markets globally, Gopuff isn't just delivering products - it's delivering time back to customers, one 15-minute order at a time.

Lendbuzz

In 2015, our founders experienced firsthand a problem that millions face: a lack of credit history in the US prevented access to essential financial products like car loans. They realized that traditional lending practices were unfairly excluding people - particularly international professionals, students, and expats - who were creditworthy but simply lacked a US credit history. This personal experience became the driving force behind Lendbuzz's founding. They set out with a simple but powerful goal: to use emerging and proprietary technologies to broaden access to credit. By leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and alternative data sources, Lendbuzz could assess creditworthiness beyond traditional credit scores. Today, seven years later, they've helped tens of thousands of people become car owners who would have otherwise been denied, while simultaneously opening new sales opportunities for dealership partners. The company now originates over $1.5 billion in auto loans annually, backed by major financial institutions, and continues expanding its mission to make financial opportunity more personalized and fair for everyone.
