We’re a team of teachers, parents and creatives who came together because we saw something missing in the world of kids’ apps. Back in 2016, our founder Cristobal wanted to help his 2-year-old niece learn English, but he couldn’t find any apps that were genuinely fun, educational, and safe. So he built one himself. Since then, we’ve grown into a platform trusted by over 185 million families worldwide, reaching more than 20 million kids every month with our Playlearning™ approach.
Our team of 160+ people from 26 nationalities works to create a universe where learning feels like play. We’ve partnered with incredible organizations like Disney, Oxford University Press, NASA, and BBC Earth to bring kids 3,000+ activities - games, shows, songs, and podcasts - that help them build everything from academic skills to modern life abilities.
