IPsoft builds AI-powered automation for enterprise IT. Founded in 1998 in New York by mathematician Chetan Dube, the company develops what it terms "Autonomics" technology and has grown from a startup into a global enterprise with a presence across North America, Europe and Asia. Its work spans autonomics and AI-powered automation, conversational AI, natural language processing, expert systems, virtual agents and IT operations automation.
The company's flagship product, IPcenter, is an expert system that creates and controls "Virtual Engineers" performing end-to-end operational processes across IT stacks including servers, mainframes, storage, networks, virtualised environments, help desks, end-user computing and applications operations. IPsoft reports that the platform remediates more than 56 percent of IT operations tasks on average. Its second principal product, Amelia, is a digital employee built on advanced natural language processing, designed to understand natural language, follow context switching and independently execute complex tasks through human-like conversation.
IPsoft serves more than 500 leading brands directly and counts more than half of the largest global IT services providers among its customers, operating across IT operations, IT services and outsourcing, enterprise technology and service desk environments. The company has been recognised as a leader by Forrester, Everest Group and Ovum.
